RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We strictly DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS!
ELIGIBLE products for Exchange are:
- Products with GENUINE manufacturing defect.
- Products which are WRONGFULLY delivered.
- SIZE EXCHANGE if the particular size is AVAILABLE. (Products can be collected by our delivery partner and reverse courier charges will be charged extra which are ₹200 Please login to your account and go to MY ORDERS and select the items which you want to exchange. If you are a guest user and choose to exchange the product which is eligible for exchange then please write us email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery and do not forget to mention your ORDER NUMBER).
- All the sale & discounted purchase is NON-EXCHANGEABLE.
- Exchanges can be processed only ONCE per order.
- The product should be UNUSED, UNWASHED and UNDAMAGED. It should be properly folded and packed otherwise we will NOT BE ABLE to do the exchange for that product.
- Goods will be exchanged only if they are returned in their original packaging with original invoices and tags, if any.
- Colours of the products are as accurately as possible displayed on the website. However, 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution and lights and products will not be exchangeable for this reason.
Refund is NOT APPLICABLE to any product in any case, except:
- Product received is damaged.
- Product received is wrong.
- Product is lost in transit.
